Athletics Registration Information

Registration is now done through FamilyID online. Learn more about how to register online below.

A physical exam must be current within the past 24 months and signed by a physician. If the student’s physical expires during the season, they will not be able to participate until a new physical exam is received. Either upload a copy of your physical on the registration page or bring your new or updated physical to the main office.

A current physical is required to register for sports!

Upload a completed WIAA form when you register online or bring it to the main office.

It will be helpful to have the following information handy to allow for the accurate completion of your online registration.

• Insurance information
• Physician information, i.e., physical date
• Emergency contact information

NOTE: Sports Participation Fees for CUT sports are not due until teams are formed

Boys Basketball Venue Information

West Sound Middle Schools have agreed that Boy's Basketball fans will be limited to HOME fans only for all schools due to pandemic protective protocols and venue capacities. Should a venue choose to allow HOME and VISITING fans, that will be shared by the host venue. Kingston Middle School is a HOME fans-only venue. Visiting fans will not be permitted to our limited seating capacity. Visiting rosters can include live stream personnel or team videographers so that their staff can stream and share their live feed with their families and fans.

Game times will be 3:30 pm for Varsity and 5:15 pm for Varsity unless otherwise adjusted to accommodate our visiting teams due to their transportation challenges. When our team travels, our games may need to be adjusted around transportation availability as well.

Kingston Middle School families may attend without restrictions to their family size. All families are asked to sit together in a group. All family groups are asked to space in the bleachers at least six feet apart. If we cannot adhere to these family grouping and spacing protocols, we risk losing the opportunity to have home fans in our venue.

Registration is now open for football, volleyball, and cross country for the 2022 - 2023 year and their respective season.

Participation Fees

Athletes must be present the first week of tryouts to make cut sports teams. Non-cut sports athletes must be in attendance during the first two weeks of the season. There will be a $55 participation fee per sport max of $165 per person per year or $275 max per family for multiple children participating in PMS sports. Also, all Athletes must purchase an ASB card ($15) to be eligible to participate.
